I bought these headphones as my old Audiotechnica M30X's broke after years of use and abuse, and I had recently bought an AKG microphone which had become my favorite, so I gave this brand a go.
I needed headphones with low impedence that I could use to listen to music on my phone aswell as in the studio to record/mix a little with.
The good:
- The sound quality is good, it doesnt distort at any volume, It has plenty of clarity up top so when you're mixing you can hear what frequencies should be cut, the mids are well defined and the bass has a thick sound to it.
- They're also perfectly comfortable, can't imagine if headphones ever get more comfy than these.
The less good:
- The soundstage is pretty narrow, it doesnt sound mono but I'd like
a bit more sepparation between the two left and right channels
- The headphones sometimes slowly slip off my head toward the back, nothing a quick adjust doesnt fix but I do feel them slowly crawling off sometimes.
Overall they sound very good and they're comfortable. I would only prefer they have a slighly flatter response.

I
Porche 911 in the world of headphones?
ILYA_20 09.03.2024
So...in general- amazing. The way they built, mechanisms and the sound itself, everything comes in clutch for the price they go for. Very adorable headphones. Let me get more specific and start with advantages and what i like
Not really important maybe, but then way these babies look oh mama mia... they are killing it. Really minimalistic colors and the design itself- AKG killed it.
Now- the sound. Very decent, again. I love the lows, they do not flood your ears, which is cool. It doesnt feel overloaded on the lower frequencies, instead airy and soft. The Mid frequencies which by fact is probably most important, since daily listening with earphones, poor speakers only gives poor Frequency band and we mostly listen to Mids- so this AKG's got really great state of clarity with Middle Frequencies. Details are being heard and that's no doubt. However for a snob and music professional like me, maybe they should saturate their Hi frequencies a little more. But i cant say its something they are lacking. Nothing missing there that much, just in my opinion they could be a little bit more present and brought out-front.
Generally the sound is more than pleasing. As well as the sound proof from outside is killing it. Once I'm working- I'm all in wherever I be. The noise doesn't get in.
The other big win out here is the comfort. My god its like to put a pillow on your head and chillax with some great tunes in your ears. Leatherette ear cushions are the best. I dont get tired at all wearing them. My ears either. The headband is really dope as well, super soft, no pressure on your head. The foldable mechanism is nice. They actually feel a little bit fragile but I rather call this feeling flexible.
The only minus I can tell, is that a little piece of plastic (0.7 mm) from one small mechanism near ear cushions detached from headphones in first days, but I assume its exceptional case. Nothing is perfect you know. But it is what it is, so 4 starts instead of 5. Big love to these still
Respect for 2 cables and the headphones bag, really nice quality.
I recommend this to everybody. No matter your purposes these will serve well, I'm sure of that

Great Studio Headphones
Robert923 11.05.2020
I used the AKG K-240 for years for recording and mixing. I got the K-361 as an upgrade as well as I was in need of a second pair of headphones. Besides the much more sturdy construction, the K-361 is definitely an upgrade in terms of sound as well as handling.
Due to the oval shape of the phones, the headphones are very comfortable to wear during long hours of recording and mixing. The sound is very well defined and precise, the stereo spectrum is represented well. A big plus is the foldable construction which allows to transport the headphones effordlessly in the protective bag which comes with them.
I can see the K-361 becoming a new budget standard for studios and recording artists.

Disapointed with this headphones
Sandro Sousa 06.02.2023
They are confy but they feel really fragile. Personally i can't use these headphones because for me the highs are harsh.
I tried them with different devices but i really felt like the highs were unbalanced compared to mids and lows (listening to metalcore and i could hear the cymbals and snares over the vocals and the other instruments). I'm far from an audio expert and i don't think these headphones are bad but they aren't my cup of tea.
