Zildjian 16" K-Custom Dark Crash

This is a great sounding crash. I had a heavy Sabian 16" crash and wanted something a lot darker. This fits the bill perfectly. It's not too thin and would withstand heavy hitting. In fact I would say it could be more durable than some heavier cymbals because it has more flexibility. This is not a thin crash though, more of a medium.
It produces lush dark overtones that don't pierce your ears like heavier cymbals can. It sounds good as a ride too if needed.

Spent weeks saving up for this cymbal. It was worth all my saving. When it finally arrived the sound was better than I had expected it to be. Very nice, trashy sound. Also a very durable cymbal. Been playing it now for 2 years, gigging on occasions, and it has never split or cracked.
