Nice for the price
Anonymous 05.04.2015
I bought a few pairs of these sticks, as I saw them as a more affordable version of the Vic Firths. Although these are made of the same wood as the American Classics that I usually prefer, they feel a bit lighter. They did produce a nice tone on the cymbals, but sadly didn't last very long at all. I'm not an overly hard hitter, but I do use a lot of rim shots, and these sticks don't handle my playing nearly as well as the Vic Firth American Classic. Safe to say that I went through a pair of these after a couple of practice sessions with the band. Based on that, I would always pay the extra couple of Euros or so for the American Classics, for the sake of durability. But for the price, the overall quality of these sticks was very good. They would make a great affordable option for drummers of beginner to intermediate abilities, as well as more advanced drummers who play lighter styles.

Very good

Very good, but not quite as nice as the US standards. But then they are half the price. I use these live as they cheaper to replace. I use the more expensive ones for recording as I prefer the shape of the tips - but that's quite personal. Nothing wrong with these at all.

I bought a couple of pairs because I thought I would run through them in a month. These sticks hold up great! Strong and reliable.

Good for playing at lower volumes

I use this in various pop bands, and they work great for rehearsing at a lower volume

Great for beginners

My girlfriend started drumming and wanted cheap sticks to get started with. She's had them a few months now and plays an hour-ish a week. Not broken yet and she says they are comfy to play with. I feel like if a harder hitter were to use them, they wouldn't last too long.

They're good

Being used to 5Bs these feel really light.
They're ok.
Are not quite like a pair of American Classic, but for half the price, I feel like these are much more worth it.
I have to say they could be a little more durable, but overall, ours pretty good.

Good cheap sticks

They are good, but tend to break easier than other more expensive sticks. Overall a good feel and weight. They will do just fine for a beginner or a player that doesn't hit that hard.
