Keyboard was damaged after first flight

The case is sturdy and feels solidly made. The keyboard fits nice and snugly in the case with no wobbling. However, after 1 flight the top key on my Korg is no longer working. It was fine beforehand. Not sure if it fell or got a bang somehow during transport but it's not great to have damage after 1 flight. I might have been unlucky but I can only give two stars since it failed to do what I bought it for. There are also no wheels on the case which would be a nice addition. The keyboard and case together is pretty heavy to carry
