Very nice gong, great sound!

The gong is well made and has a wonderful sound and long ring. Weirdly, a good friend of mind who is a native speaker of Chinese language (both Cantonese and Mandarin) said that the symbol on the gong means “a human head”, but is often used to mean a beheading.

Nice sounding Wind Gong which comes with a useful beater. Mine had some small lathing indents at the edge making the gong slightly rough. Very clear tone with a lower pitch than I expected for its size. The gong came laced with cord for easy hanging as does the beater.
