This plug is really hard to find. I use a Thomann Wireless System and one from AKG. They both use these connectors. As I damaged one of the standard cables, I tried to replace the plug. The normal electronics stores don't sell these Mini XLRs here!
Fortunately, Thomann also provides them. Price is ok but the quality is not as good as normally known from thomann. The plastic inside doesn't really fit perfectly and one has do do a few adjustments.
The pins are set like always but due to it's small size, one could experience problems in reading the numbers for the pins (it's also hard to put in the cable but that's also a problem because of the size).

I used it to make a cable for my AKG headphones to have a shorter cable when needed, I used this an a Rean NYS 231 L and Sommer Cable Cicada and...perfection!
It is a bit pricey though, that's why 4 Stars.
