Thomann Keyboard Bag 4 Review
Paddy Mc 05.06.2020
The reason I bought this bag for my Tyros keyboard was to take up less space in my vehicle. Because I used to drive a van with plenty of room, but nowadays I simply drive a car with a lot less room. The bag itself is quite tough and well padded. But with taking the instrument in and out of my car, the stitching around the zip became undone and I ended up having to sew it by hand. So in my opinion, the zip stitching needs to be stronger, perhaps with thicker and stronger thread. As I have said, apart from this, it's a good protective bag.

Not bad
_Mark_ 01.02.2014
Bought this to hold a Studiologic VMK176, and it's a pretty good fit - length wise it is perfect, but it is a little large in width.

Quality seems to be ok - zips are rugged and look as if it would be difficult to break them. Fabric is heavy weight nylon/canvas type material.

Overall this bag is unblemished after over a year's gigging with a very heavy keyboard inside it.

One very slight downside - the straps are quite thin and tend to cut into your hands a bit. But at the price, difficult to complain too much.

Perfect for lighting rig
Gerry720 05.05.2023
I recently bought a T-bar for my four Stairville LED Flood Panel 150 40° RGB which I decided to permanently wire them together as set up was such a hassle. Once I did, transporting them was a pain. I thought it would be easy enough to find a "light bag" that suited my purpose, but not at all. Finally found this keyboard bag which did the trick. It's just a couple of inches too big, but two cheap pillows filled it up and I finally have a great solution.

J
Bought one too many, use it as a hardware bag now
JKJK 22.01.2024
So I wanted to order one for a friend and ordered two by accident. I've just kept it, who cares, it's just 35€ and I knew it will come in handy. So now, I'm using it as a secondary bag for drum/band hardware.

It's holding together really well, and I'm pretty sure it's being abused much more than it's intended for, like holding 30 kg of drum stands etc.

My friend also likes his bag, as far as I know! Though he just uses it for keyboards like a normal person.

Does the job
Anonymous 27.03.2017
It fitted my Korg M50, it's a basic gig bag for a basic price. It's not premium quality, but it does the job. Cant really say much more than that

J
GOOD VALUE BAG
Jon450 20.06.2013
This bag was an excellent fit for my Casio WK 7500, and even allowed pedals and power adaptor within the main bag. The cushioning seems adequate, although not a high level of protection; you still need to carry with care. The shoulder straps are ideal for carrrying, but would have liked a side handle as well. There is a handle on one end but can't see when I'd ever use this. If you gig a lot and/or have a crowded load in your vehicle, then this bag doesn't really cut it. But for occasional gigs/rehearsals it's ideal and very good value indeed.

AJ
A Useful Gig Bag
A Jazz Pianist 27.09.2024
With precious few 73 and 76 keyboards (especially dps) available nowadays, there are few gig bags for them too. I ordered this for my P-121, the Yamaha portable dp with 73 keys. It is a bit oversize, particularly in width, but does fit on the backseat of most cars - a huge reason for buying a shorter keyboard in the first place. The quality is fair, so it's good value for the low price.

O
Great quality bag
Oliver5819 12.07.2014
I wanted a heavy duty bag for transporting mic stands around. This one fitted the criteria of being large enough to accommodate the length of various different styles of mic stands and being heavy duty enough to take the weight of multiple stands. I have used this on many gigs now and it's been perfect, no rips or tears and the zip is intact even under the stress of half a dozen heavy stands! Very pleased
