Fit snugly to SM58 and similar, colours not resistant to washing
Stephan Z 08.02.2020
I use these windscreens primarily as a pop filter (what they are meant for, of course), but also for assigning mics by colour to a specific member of the band recording in my studio and, last but not least, for hygienic reasons, preventing a singers "produce" to creep into the mic's capsule(...) Because of the latter, I also wash them after a session. After the first wash, however, the colours faded significantly, turning the originally bright primary colours into their pastel versions - except for the black one, which remained unaltered. I think this one is made of black foam, while I think the other four are made of white foam which has been dyed. They still fit snugly to my mics, though, and are not very vulnerable when slipping them on and off. Of course, they still serve as good pop filters too, but I wonder what they will look like after a next wash - hopefully the colours remain recognizable enough for colour assignment... And consider these are much cheaper than the original black windscreens supplied by Shure themselves.

Great value for money

I got those mainly as a hygienic reason because many different people will be using the mic and this way I can clean the windscreens rather as cleaning the mic. It also ads a little bit of extra protection just in case if some one happens to drop the mic. They fit snugly over my XM8500 and won't come of by it's own. The colours are handy so I can visually separate the microphones.

Vibrant colours in the windscreen helped me match mic to channel on Rodecaster Pro
aldoaldo 30.08.2020
I use the the t.bone Windscreen Set WS5 on a set of 4 Behringer XM8500 mics. The setup is for recording group/panel discussions and interviews using the Rodecaster Pro. The four XLR channels on the Rodecaster are colour coded (pink, green, blue, orange) and roughly match the the t.bone Windscreen Set WS5 (coloured windscreens red, green, blue, yellow). They appear to be better quality than other big-name windscreens that I also have. The surface of the foam seems to be stronger and less likely to crumble over time. They fit the Behringers nicely too. Easy to put on or take off to wash and clean between sessions - good for hygiene.

Keeps spit out of your mic

Great acoustically invisible foams.
These are so usefull in so many ways. No need for a pop shield, these help. No need to put coloured tape around my mics, at a glance I can see where the blue or red mic are.
But most importantly, these come off, they get washed with soap. And the mics stay pristine.
I also add a drop of tea tree oil to help prevent the mics spreading germs from one user to the next. If someone has a cold, I swap these before the next person and bag the smelly foam.
If you are a singer, get these and protect your throat!!
If you are a tech, get these and protect your mics.
If you are a drummer, and you also sing. Apologise to the sound engineer please.
I use these on SM58s and similar copies. They fit great. I got orange instead of green mind you. I would quite like a green one no I see it.
