When you are tracking some vocal parts I think that the variables and the things to pay attention to are so many that the worst thing would be having also to correct the nasty P sounds within the words being pronounced. This simple solution manage to solve these issues without spending a fortune. Also, being made of metal, it seems somewhat better than those antipop made of double layers of nylon, which some find that they tend to attenuate the higher harmonics of the voice, instead.

Este Pop filter es genial. Gracias a su rejilla metálica el sonido es brillante ya que algunas frecuencias entran en simpatía con ella y la hacen vibrar un poco junto al sonido emitido por el/la cantante. Este empaste me gusta mucho. Genial para gravar cualquier tipo de voz y estilo musical.

I haven?t had a single problem with pops when it comes to my vocals ever since I bought one. Works far better than the fabric ones and smells less of spittle, bad breath and humidity too, and if it did, it would be easy to clean.

The flexibility of the gooseneck is surprisingly good and once positioned, holds in place nicely.

The only issue is that it could be longer, but that?s just my preference, at this length it fulfills it?s purpose.

It?s strong, functional, easily maintainable and cheap, worth the money.

I bought this windshield at the same time as I bought my t.bone RB 500 ribbon mic. It is really simple to fit onto a mic stand and is super sturdy. Excellent value for money !!!

It looks excellent. The sides are smooth and not sharp.

The gooseneck can be a little fiddly at times, not always staying in position. But you can always find a solution.

As it's metal, it has a slightly metallic sound.

Summary: I definitely recommend it to buy and to prefer it on the not-metal ones.

Pros:
1) Metal: reliable, reliable, reliable... and it's looking awesome!
2) No annoying circular border. Again - design is awesome!
3) Good gooseneck: good balance of stiffness and flexibility.

Cons (minor):
1) May be it's just me, but I would prefer the gooseneck would be longer.

Small durable pop filter that will not brake easily. Works as expected.

This is my first metal pop-filter. In the beginning I was a little skeptical, but it appeared that it worked much better than old-school fabric pop-filters. Nearly perfect pop blocking.

Quickly delivered and easily set up, this metal pop-filter was a perfect replacement for the "stocking" filter that I had before (a fall tore some holes in it). there are some minor sharp edges that you want to be careful of but the price is worth it!
