Solid Pop Filter
ZharKhan 05.08.2019
Although I saw several reviews pointing out bad user experience with a gooseneck, I didn't have that problem. It does take some time to put it in the right position, as with any other pop filter I have used so far. This product is built solid, and it is capable of doing the job just fine.

I must mention one thing though:
Whenever I tried to sing really close to the filter (5 cm/2 in and less from the grill), I've heard strange distorsion-like artifacts on sibilant sounds.
To be honest, this is my first metal pop filter, so I am not sure if this is happening with all of them or just with this one.

Other than that I'm really satisfied with this product.

Good quality metal pop filter, worth the price.
JustinasK 03.04.2019
Good, sturdy all-metal body. The mesh does the job as metal pop filters should, and change the direction of the wind passing through. Just keep in mind, that you should use with the screw by the mesh FACING YOU and not the mic, because it only works this way. As mentioned already in other reviews its a bit hard to find the perfect way to position the filter in front of your mike, but its just a practise thing.

Keep in mind that it is going to feel different than nylon pop filters and you get more sound back to your face. Also, while it helps with P's and B's, your S's going to sound a bit lisping. But its the same on every metal pop filter. What is really great is that your going to clean it very easily and not tear it like a nylon one. Also, don't forget that more well known metal filters like Stedman will leave you bankrupt, so this one sounds like a good substitute.

the t.bone MS 250 is a great cheap, wind cancelation device. There are greater one out there but they are expensive. I would recomend using a multijointed arm like this but have a wind cancelation surface made out of female stocking because you can change them every one in a while this i sturdy and will not break but it will smell like the breath of one thousand demons after a while if you have a lot of people singing in to int.

But if thats not a problem, this WILL WORK PERFECTLY =)

Quite transparent pop shield
h a v 25.10.2015
This pop shield is quite efficient for reducing pop sounds in a mic. Typical sources of those pop sounds are blasts of air from a singer or a kick drum. This shield diffuses those blasts of air, so they don't hit the mic as hard as they otherwise would have. Perhaps people with golden ears might be able to discern a difference in sound, but I suppose my ears aren't golden enough. The goose neck is not of very good quality, though, so you'll need to experiment to find a way of placing the pop shield so it doesn't drift away during recording.

Good small pop shield
Jure 24.05.2013
It's a little rougher than another pop shield I have, but also many times cheaper. Great if you feel your pop shield is too large and covering your view of the notes or monitor. Works as good as a textile one.

Great value for money
foetsie 07.06.2018
Sounds perfect and is cleanable, which is very nice when working with a lot of different people. It could be a little more flexible, but other then that great.

It works

Great desktop filter for desktop use, as it won't take very much visual space up.
As it is made of metal, the boarders might be a little rough and scratch your table or fingers, if it should get in contact somehow. (Not rough enough to made you bleed or something like that though)

Effective product
Rje 29.01.2015
The merits of a pop filter cannot be emphasised enough. This product oozes quality and is a very effective method of combating plosives and extraneous breathing sounds. I need another one as a spare.

Great pop filter
Just a customer 14.12.2017
Seems to work much better than the fabric ones. Not used it very much but the recordings I've done with guest vox are plosive free and undiminished by this being in the way. That's what you want right?

Nice but doesn't fit Elgato Wave LP Microphone Arm
StefanInBerlin 06.09.2022
Bought this with a T.Bone SC 450, unfortunately there's nowhere to fix the pop filter to, so I had to return it.
