More comfort while playing Saxophone

I use this Thumb Rest to play with my baritone saxophone. I always had problems when i play longer sax. But this little piece makes playling much more comfortable to me, so i can play a longer time with my saxophone.

Didn't fit

I bought it for my Thoman Antique tenor sax, but it didn't fit. It would fall down over and over again. I guess it's just for Alto sax or simply for a different type of tenor sax.
