Can't beat em

Solid Shure product as usual. They sound great for most purposes including live performances. Downside is the cable, I have to replace it once a year at least, thats expected as we use em a lot.

Decent, but not perfect
Jarkie 03.04.2022
Great product, have been using these professionally for a few years. If you are aware of their limitations they will do the job. Probably wouldnt reccomend them for bass players, drummers and vocalists maybe but great if you dont need alot of low end definition and want to get in the IEM game for cheap.

Great sound, a bit difficult to use
FACE MONDAY drummer, Michael Gorm 10.03.2022
The sound is really great. Deep frequencies tend to distort (e.g. hitting my 16" tom), but apart from that, no problems. Sound from outside is almost muted, which means you don't have to turn the volume up very high to hear everything very clear. Only issue is that it takes some time to mount them the correct way in your ears the first 3-4- times you use them (if you haven't used in-ear before). The cable to the receiver/battery box is of course a bit annoying as well. Would have been great if 100% wireless.

K
Great entry level IEM's
Kevo 26.12.2019
I am a one man Acoustic Guitar/Vocal performer (Pub singer) & sometimes perform with a fiddle player. I have some hearing issues so was struggling with on stage monitoring. So I finally relented and decided to purchase an IEM system. I decided on a b-stock t.bone 150 (I highly recommend). Most of the reviews I read recommended that I switch out the included headphones for something a little better. So I chose these for price, name, and the fact that at time of purchase, they were the number 1 selling item in this category.

Out of the box, you get a small carry case and some replaceable buds of varying sizes to ensure you can find a suitable fit for you.

Outside Isolation: They do isolate the sound quite well. It is important that you are using the correct size buds for your ear to ensure a good seal.

Sound: Quality is good enough. I have no doubt there are better sounding phones than these but at the price point they will suffice.

Comfort: Surprisingly comfortable. You need to try the different size buds to find the ones best suited to you. They do take some getting used to so I recommend using them at every opportunity to facilitate this.

Quality: They are well built and look & feel like they will take a bit of abuse. However, others have noted that you will need to replace parts at some point. It is almost inevitable. Another plus for the phones is that all the parts are replaceable. So no need to buy a new set when these stop working.

Overall, a great entry level set of phones. The difference between IEM's & on-stage is quite noticeable (for the better). If you are sitting on the fence about switching I recommend you make the switch. On stage monitors are bulky heavy items. For solo/duo use the in-ears a really a no-brainer. For bands, available funds will usually dictate outcome. I still think in the long run IEM's are an away better option. Thomann reps are brilliant for advice and will guide you on what is best for you. Not what is the more expensive. So make use of the Thomann 30 day money back guarantee and try out a set. I don't think you will regret it. Remember it takes time to get used to wearing & using them.

I'm (quite successfully) using these in-ear headphones for rehearsals and live shows. Only issue I've got is that, ever since receiving them, the sound in the left earphone tends to disappear/reappear based on my head movements (to the left or to the right), which isn't very cool. Other than that, I've really got no complaints, they do their job wonderfully and are quite rugged and flexible.

PROS
- the cable is long and flexible
- the clarity of the sound is good
- they isolate sounds efficiently
- they come with a carrying bag and interchangeable ear buds, in a good array of sizes

CONS
- most of the time, the sound in the left earphone cuts off; might just be my earphones, might not

All in all, an affordable and quite reliable pair of earphones, that will get you nicely through rehearsals and live shows and that you can also use for music when you're out and about.

Good choice, if you can't afford molded ones
HugoJ 16.02.2016
I got my hands on a T.Bone IEM 75 system and naturally I was expecting the out of the box earphones to be... well, not quite suitable for the job. Truth is, the supplied earphones don't sound too bad, I'm using them now to "daily" activities such as ipod listening, but they keep dropping from their position with the slightest movement.

So, I found myself in need of a more suitable set of earphones for IEM purposes. After some digging around I noticed that the Shure SE215-CL had overall better comments so those were the ones I've got. The best thing about them is how good they fit into your ear, thus having a direct impact on how well they seal, maximizing low frequency delivery.

In terms of sound, I didn't find them to be amazing, just simply good. I haven't tried IEM-purpose earphones before, so I don't know if the spectrum of frequencies they deliver is supposed to facilitate specially the middle ones; if that's the case, they my bad, they do exactly as they're supposed to. If not, I would say the that the range of frequencies they deliver in practice feels a bit limited, as in "could be richer" rather than "sounds pretty bad".

The SE215-CL are very comfortable. The provided isolating sleeves work marvelously. The construction feels very professional, and the flexible cable allows for easy placement and performance.

Excellent value for money
NicholasThayer 27.08.2022
I used these as in-ears for a full tour playing festival stages with a band and they worked perfectly. They cut through all the on stage noise so I could hear myself and click tracks clearly. By the end of a one hour set they were becoming a bit uncomfortable.

Have also used them whilst out and about in town and the sound is decent, and was able to go longer before they become uncomfortable.

I prefer the sound quality of over-ear headphones, but cant handle the sweat!
These In-Ears are a nice balance between comfort & quality.

Best price - quality
MartyV 23.01.2020
I'm a singer and use this for live vocal IEM.
For the price it does the job well enough. Custom made IEM probably cancel the outside noise a bit more and more expensive models have a better low end response. But overall the sound quality is sufficient and had no problems whatsoever concerning the built quality.
