These are simply replacements for what already comes with the mics. They do not add any improvement, or additional featuers.
I would have loved to have some sort of colour indicators or colour options on foam to make mic identicfication easier when using multiples.
The foams and plastic clip are bonded so its one piece. Still easy to clean though.
I like to keep spare foams for all events in case of colds and germs. I normally keep my spares in an airtight bag with a couple drops of ta tree oil for this purpose :)
Pros: Clean and easy to fit.
Cons: Pricey for a simple replacement.

If you have any of the popular Shure lectern mics such as the MX412 or MX418, then you need these windshields to prevent popping noises. They are the genuine Shure article, well-made, with a clip-on fitting so they don't fall off the mic. I find they work very well indeed and can recommend them.
Unfortunately there was an error. Please try again later.
