Den Sweet Spot zu finden, wo der Schertler Knopf am besten klingt, erfordert etwas Geduld und geht am besten mit Hilfe von Aufnahmen. Der Sound ist live zuverlässig und ausgewogen, etwas auf der dumpfen Seite. Wenn ein guter Tontechniker zur Verfügung steht, dann lassen sich aus manchen Piezo-Pickups noch brillantere Violinklängen herausholen. Falls kein Tonmeister am Mischpult sitzt, wird ein Piezo-Pickup an der Geige schnell mal zur "Quietschente" und da kann ich diesen ausgeglicheneren Schertler Knopf wärmstens empfehlen!
