Lovely Piano but started to malfunction after 2.5 years

Update after 2.5 years
Piano has started to loose tuning and speakers are crackling.
Unplayable had to return to thomann/roland.
Still waiting to hear on if it can be repaired/replaced.
Disappointing and no piano :(
Update:
have the piano 2 years now still love it.
One month update:
Lovely Piano, very very happy with it.
Great quality, lovely to play and simple to use.
Have the piano over a month and love playing it every day.
