I insisted in this purchase, as I read the reviews from other buyers. As I received the item, I concluded that they were right. The floor Tom is of very good quality, despite it is made in China (!). Pearl is a well known brand with many funs worldwide. This model is cheap, but it responds fine with the needs of a semi-prof drummer. It sounds good and I recommend it.

It does what it's supposed to do

Bought it as a supplement of my 90's Pearl Export set which is made in Taiwan. It's a thinner and less stabile version of the old Export. Had a problem with unscrewing rods, so I bought plastic washers and since it holds tune. Sound is ok, I can't hear very much difference.
