Nice cymbal for low price. It is crash/ride cymbal and if you want only ride you must buy bigger one. Hard hits sound like crash. Centle hits in the middle sound like ride. Good to use for extra cymbal/ride.

I use it to play metal, it gives a very heavy sound, it's verynversatile, because I can use it as a ride and as a crash. A very good buy, for the price it costs.

I planed to use this cymbal as only cymbal besides hihat for my quiet setup.

It is still quite loud, and it sounds more like crash than a ride. It is possible to use it as both, but you need to have good control over your strokes.

In my opinion it is suited more for rock, than jazz which was my initial use. It has decent sound overall, and nice bell.
