It doesn't have a real setting for adjusting it's height. The fit is somewhat loose and the mounting mechanism is barbaric at best. Two rubber hooks don't really hold on to the instrument that well so get ready for readjusting your rest every 15 minutes or so. Again, for the price it's decent, but I wouldn't recommend it for any professional use.

Bought it for a pupil.. it is a bit flimsy but is ok for a pupil to start with and then they can be selective for themselves.
