Millenium Thread Adapter 3

This does everything you may expect of it - no more and no less. It's a stainless steel coloured , so look elsewhere for a brass or black ABS plastic one. You'll need it if you have a US-style 5/8" mic holder and want to attach it to a European-style 3/8" mic stand mount. Most mic holders come with one inside (e.g. the t.bone Microphone Holder L) so you only need this if you've lost one or have a 5/8" holder that doesn't include one.

The 2 cut outs means you can turn it with a tool or even a coin.
I didn't experience any difference using these compared to the more branded types, but this one is cheaper and still flawless.

Need always have some extra in case. Looks durable.

I use this adapter to mount an Avantone MixCube on a desk mic stand - works great.

Noting special to say, regular screw Thread Adapter that works. I like the price vs K&M, I would say it works the same:)

A reliable adapter. You can take it apart and attach it with a screwdriver, which is a clever trick. You could still have them as a spare, you might need them if you deal with all kinds of stands.

Does it need to do more?

You'd be surprised the things this baby can do. Like you know those little things u always lose. This can replace them. The size is universal so it fits all sizes as far as i checked. Due to the cut in the thread it's easier to remove it.
