Good quality for the price, and simply good.

I'm just getting into seriously drumming and am on a budget.
Around the rehearsal room of the band I'm in are a lot of people living, so we need to keep it at a moderate volume most of the time. The brushes feel very sturdy. The handles are metal, and the nylon brushes go in and out smoothly. They're a tad uneven which makes it a bit harder for the super subtle stuff, but nothing I can't work with.

They're not perfect, but for the ease of ordering, paying, receiving and the small price I give it 5 stars.

good alternative

These nylon brushes are great addition to your stick / brush collection. They have a harder feel than the traditional wire brushes so it this is your sound, go for it. They are quite versatile, since you can use them on other percussions as well, for example cajon. You can also get some cool results with frame drum as well. For me there are no any minuses, it really is a sturdy product and folds elegantly in the handle.

Excellent

I do not like the sound of metal brushes, so I got these to check them out. I use them on my cajon and cajon bongos. The sound is excellent, mellow and clean with the extra advantage of not ruining your instrument with every hit. I will definitely buy more.

Just tried them at a gig last night

Very impressed with the good quality of this brushes. It's the first time I play with nylon brushes. They add a certain 'thing' to jazz playing. The sound you get from cymbals and toms is mellow and is quite different from regular metal brushes.

It's a great pair of brushes if you are looking for an extra layer of finesse in your drumming!

Perfect drum brushes

Looking for a set of budget brushes, these are surprisingly sturdy and feel great value. I was using them mainly for cymbal work, and did a great job.

Ear Protection

These were bought for a 3 year old to use with his Millenium Junior drum kit, and not only do they help to protect his ears, but ours too! I cannot recommend these highly enough as a supplementary purchase with any junior kit.

They feel great and sound great. The rubber part at the end of the brush, might be the only bad thing.

Good value

I prefer to use wire brushes for the sound, as the nylon one produce a warmer less bright sound. They are harder wearing than the wire brushes though and stand up better to misuse (i.e. no bent wires) you have to work quite hard to generate volume
