Clapton comes across as a bit of a **** nowadays, but these strings are superb.

Best strings for all sort of playing.

With a properly set up guitar, and after a few days of playing, these really take off. Great harmonics, sweet tones on the trebble, strumming is not overly bright (on a mahogany dreadnought with maple top), great for slide guitar, since they have pretty good tension on them, great allrounder. They are really grippy though. You can hold a rhythm just by switching bar chords, so take note.

Clear and soft sound strings.

I use these n my 000-28EC, strings are subjective, but I've tried a few different brands on this guitar, all 12's mind you, and always come back to these. Like all string I try/use, I prefer them once they've broken in, so after a week or so.

They are comfortable, smooth, a very classic guitar tone with a lot of body, and considering that I've been using .013 for many years, these work great for me.

Great sounding strings. Use them often on my Martin and Taylor gutars.

If Eric Clapton puts his name on it, most often than not it's going to be good. I use these on my martin d42

Very good strings, maintain stable tuning almost immediately after installation.

None coated 80 20 strings...they chime as they should... wipe them down after use and they are as good as daddario $$ I don't think EC would endorse total rubbish.. I like the 13s as well
