I've never put a mixer on mine, but it's perfect for putting a powered wedge on to get it closer to head height for use with electric drums or a guitarist using a Helix or similar.

It's remarkably light for its strength and folds up tight for storage and transport. The only (very minor) gripe is that the knurled knobs which lock the legs in position are not 'captive', so it is possible for these to come right off and get lost.

Typical K&M excellent quality. A little tricky to adjust , but extremely stable once up.
The only improvement that could be made would be side pegs to site a small 3U or 4U rack beneath, but otherwise, very very impressed. K&M is always my choice for stands.
