Holds up a Soundcraft Ghost
Boggs 10.07.2020
Use this as the mixer stand for my 24ch Soundcraft Ghost LE. The overall durability and quality of this stand is excellent. The handling could be slightly better in the sense that there is no real way to move the stand with whatever heavy item you have on it without feeling like you may be applying torsion or pressure to the stand, however, you probably shouldn't be doing that anyways. You can certainly put both hands under neath the main support bar to lift and nudge for slight adjustments but other than that remove your item first.

The stability is great and having a fairly heavy 24 track desk on it only sways slightly if the desk is not optimally positioned so it's centre of mass rests on the supports.

I've given it four stars in stability purely because the leg supports could come out a little further/be a little longer than the top supports plus there's no way to compensate for a slightly uneven floor, though in my studio the uneven concrete beneath my carpet hasn't ever made me feel uncomfortable with my items on it.

It's cheaper than an Argosy and certainly fulfils the same purpose, do recommend.

Y
Portable amp stand
YarneH 11.11.2020
We use this in the studio to hold up guitar amplifiers to eye level in the control room while the cab is in the live room.
It holds even the heavier amps quite well, although a little bit wobbly, I can put an expensive heavy amp on the stand quite confidently.
The knob system is a bit annoying, you have to turn quite a while before there's any movement possible, but then there's about half a turn left before the knob is completely out.

All in all, quite happy with this, made life in the studio a little easier.

K
Great keyboard stand
Kikodasneves 24.08.2020
I had been looking for a keyboard stand for a while. I have a yamaha p125 which is a narrow and quite tall keyboard. No brands other than k&m have decent minimum heights to play these kinds of tall keyboards at piano height. All the other brands I read about were around 65 cm minimum height which is in my opinion not low enough. This one (and most other k&m stands) go to a minimum of 60cm which I find perfect.

I had the k&m omega pro before this one but didn't find it stable enough (it's very stable, but for 150€, which was a little overbudget for me, I was expecting absolute perfection) so I sent it back and got this one. They are however quite similar in terms of stability, not perfect but very good for these kinds of narrow digital pianos. I was satisfied enough for the 100€. If your keyboard is deeper, it should be even more stable.

Quality wise, great as all k&m products are. Easy to carry and assemble. Could be a tad heavier for the extra stability, but it's great nonetheless.

Well built and has a nice weight to it, so feels extremely sturdy. It would take some serious force to knock this stand over. My gear feels safe on this stand. It is versatile enough to suit a number of applications.
