I swapped out the original Harley Benton tuners for these and while I had to drill the holes bigger to make them fit, which I hadn't expected, I did get them installed and the guitar stays in tunes fairly well.

I particularly like the sturdy feel of these tuners and how smooth they are to turn. The locking feature is really nice as well, although I think there's some sharp edges in there as I managed to snap the first string when I tightened the lock too much, but I haven't had that issue since and I've used them for around a year now.

They're not flawless, but at this price point I don't think you can beat these as they are really quite nice and work as advertised.

Good upgrade

I installed these to Harley Benton ST-62 and it was an easy swap, no drilling or reaming needed, just remove the screws, swap the tuners and put screws back. Compared to the original tuners these feel orders of magnitude better. Tuning is more precise and holds better and swapping strings is very easy. You can tighten the string with 5 eurocent coin which is also a downside, I would prefer using some real tool like screwdriver, but the gap is slightly too wide for that. Also I prefer closed type tuners to these because these produce some resonance by vibrating against the metal ferrule. But all in all, a very recommended upgrade for vintage style tuners with ~8mm holes.

These are possible the single best low-budget set of locking tuners I've tried, and I've tried a lot. No string slippage, great tuning action, easy to install. These really are stellar and I could happily recommend them to anyone.

great but i do not like the system on top of the tuner where you have to use a coin or screwdriver , it is just to narrow, and nothing fits that wel... i think it is for the vintage looks but they better change that system with the slith a little more deeper or a tool included to use on that
