Big Problem with this , buzz sound!

I ordered this from Germany, and it takes a long time to arrive. I was happy to get my hands on them but unfortunately one of my pairs has BUZZ sound (low frequency) when I plug any cable in it, I tried both inputs and the same issue!
I took the affected one to an electronic store, and I tried a bunch of cables, and the same issue, it's buzzing all the time. This is disappointed me a lot.
