Decent stuff

At first I was a bit sceptical if I should invest this amount of cash into something (as I thought at that point) insignificant as monitor stands. But while doing my research I came to conclusion that for my purposes and limited space there's nothing better than IsoAcoustics. Price felt a bit high (like, come on, it's just some thingy to put monitors on it), but this item is high quality.
No sharp edges, feels reliable.
It isn't absolutely rock-solid when assembled, there is some movement if you push it, but that's the point.
Anyway, everything is stable and I don't fear that my Adam A5x will fall down. I tried stomping on the floor near, kick table etc etc - nope, all fine.
Worth every penny? Well, probably. Still want the price to be a bit lower, but I guess that's the best it could be. Good things don't come cheap, right?

IsoAcoustics ISO-155

Stands consist of two molded plastic frames with rubber bushings pressed into the corners.
The connecting element is made of steel pipe, which must be mounted with effort, only in this way the frame will receive rigidity. The manufacturer has provided the ability to adjust the angle of installation of the speaker system, using adapters of 2 types: short and long.
When we listen to music, we hear a mixture of direct sound from speakers and its reflection from hard surfaces, this addition in space is called interference.
IsoAcoustics stands raise the acoustics from the flat surface of the table, thereby we remove possible reflections and get a more correct sound.
To record the frequency response of the room before and after installing the racks, I used a calibrated microphone.
The use of stands in work shows that the correct arrangement of acoustics in space can change the sound and its perception, make it no longer dependent and detailed.
By applying EQ, you can correct problematic frequencies associated with the characteristics and processing of the room and get the right studio sound. The stands proved to be effective and are used by me on desk
My comaprison test Iso pad vs IsoAcoustic stand see on youtube channel "PapaHet".

Working very well with Dynaudio BM5 MKIII
ivoi.iovi 18.01.2022
I wasn't sure how well these would work as they would not extend the entire bass of the speakers, but the rubber cups stick (by pressure and vacuum, not by anything that would leave residue!) to the bass in a way which allows no slipping or movement at all unless by some degree of force. The acoustic isolation seems very good, and the size and angle options work well for me, but definitely should be looked at and considered properly for how they might work in your situation. You get two sets of poles, which can set the stand to the lengths as stated and shown in the pictures, and then you get some very small extension pieces which can be inserted into the tubes to bring the speakers to an angle which may better suit your needs if they are a little above or below the ears.
I do think these are rather expensive for what they are but I don't know the actually R&D or material and manufacture costs, or how many units are sold to what profit, so maybe it is more fair then it seems.
Either way, they do the job excellently and I highly recommend them!

Game Changer

Great addition to my Focal Alpha 80s. Wow just wow the sound changed instantaneously. The previous Auralex mopads were decent but this is nevertheless a great improvement, never going back ! I would just comment that these ISO-155's are probably too small for my Alpha 80s. After taking some time to properly set up the ISO 155s, the speakers rest very stable on them but I couldn't set them up in the high configuration that was too wobbly for these speakers. I would suggest these for the Alpha 65's or 50's, or similar sized speakers from other manufacturers.
