Excellent dynamic microphone

Bought this dynamic mic only a couple of weeks ago, so initial impressions so far only. Its very well built, looks great, but I suggest buying the shock mount which sadly adds £100 to the price. Initial impression is of a very faithful and detailed sound. I suggest you read Paul White's review in Sound on Sound magazine June 2009. He rates it very highly.

Try this one on everything. It has surprised me over and over again. It will pull off amps, kick drums, vocals even. I talked
To a friend who likes them for overheads! Haven’t tried that myself, but this thing usually sits in the mix real good.
