Harley Benton TE-90QM LH Trans Red

Ordered one of these after reading all of the good reviews here and on YouTube etc.
I must be very unlucky because the one I received was in a very poor state.
Tuner cover was missing so that wasn't the best. The guitar itself was unplayable. The action was so high you couldn't hold any chords or notes down even so there was fret buzz and dead notes everywhere. The fret ends were so rough you could easily end up cutting your hand open. I adjusted the action and got it semi playable but the fret ends were awful. Contacted Thomann, had to send about 5 emails and still had no response. In the end I had to call them at my expense to sort things out. Have now sent back for a replacement as surely the next one can't be that bad?

The service from Thomann was poor on this occasion and it was only after calling them that I got a response by email far too late!

Will post another review when the next one arrives. I understand this isn't a high end guitar but I would at least expect it to be playable. Oh and I was also told that they cannot guarantee that guitars are checked before they go out from the warehouse. This is after I was told that all guitars were checked!

Not a very good guitar or service so far...
