Good but , not that good...
Cro_axe 15.12.2022
Got one, after waiting for some weeks to restock... The one that i've got is really on the heavy side. I'm shure that this one is NOT poplar body. It is just too heavy for poplar. It weights same as my TL-52, near 4,5 kilos. Out of box, setup is pretty good. Neck is fine., No sharp edges, fills solid, maybe little bit to thin for my taste. Pot caps were pressed so hard that i couldn't turn them at all. Electronics is usual stuff for that price range.. it works, nothing more. Strings are in this new batch definetly not D'addario, no colored ball ends.. Pickups are good, very 'all around'' sounding. Great for classic rock staff, tex-mex..not so for clean stuff. It stays in tune OK.
Overall good guitar for beginer, playable from the start. But, if you think this is better than Squier CV or Standard series. It's not. Not shure this one is a keeper...

Great Little Guitar - Wrong Blue!
macerockson 04.03.2024
I love this guitar. The playability and the beautiful caramelized maple neck and fretboard really make it a winner. Light weight and sounds very good! I'm not in love with the mint green guard and as another viewer pointed out .... you can't re-fit it with a standard tele guard. I have a nice pearloid guard which would have looked great but no go. The biggest concern though is the colour. It is not nor is it anywhere close to Lake Placid Blue. It is very clearly dark blue sparkle. I wanted the beautiful, slightly turquoise guitar colour that was shown in the photos and on the Thomann video. If you want that and it's important to you ..... you will be disappointed!
