Harley Benton ST-20HSS SBK Standard Series

I received the guitar with cracked paintwork (1 big scratch on the front looks like triangle and other smaller lines in front and back of the guitar)- cannot change it and get the new one because was out of stock (got to wait at least a 1 month). They return me 15 euros for that inconvenience.
In addition, at the beginning of playing, I thought everything is OK when the guitar's strings buzzes (I thoughtI press the string too weak/bad [at first as a beginner], but after 1 month I realised that something is wrong with this guitar especially when I play on E and A string they buzz)
I asked Thomann service what is wrong and they told me to change strings and regulate the NEW guitar (as a beginner - good advice!)
After all I'm not satisfied with the Thomann service and their quality control on their guitars!

First of all, the guitar itself is great, build quality is pretty solid, sounds great, theres only a few minor problems such as the pick guard having a gap because one of the screws have been installed slightly sideways, and the jack is way way too tight, almost impossible to get the cable out sometimes.
My biggest problem was with Thomann itself, first time I received the wrong guitar, then after waiting a week I received a broken guitar, and it was only the 3rd time and after about 3 weeks from the original order I got a working guitar, which was also missing a cable btw. The quality control department is seriously lacking and they also did not even bother to make up for their mistakes, big disappointment from Thomann...
