Having recently bought the Harley Benton spaceship 80 pedalboard, Which is amazing and DOES come with plenty of velcro, I had read that putting velcro on the bottom of some pedals like Boss for example, can lead to the bottom information sticker and serial number being torn off and affecting your ability to re-sell your pedals.. with this in mind I found these Harley Benton pedal fasteners. They are pre cut to fit standard sized pedals and have a centre piece which can be easily cut out so that the velcro fits nice and tidy around the edges of the pedals, leaving the information sticker on the pedal uncovered.
These fasteners are really great value for money. A pack of 3 for under €3 currently.. i bought a whole bunch of them.
I was able to attach them to my pedals with ease. They are very secure and if you do decide that you want to cover the whole pedal, simply leave the fastener as it comes. Thry are very sticky and did not require me to heat the velcro to make them stick.
If you have a Spaceship pedal board, buy these.. if you dont have a spaceship pedalboard, BUY one! I cant recommend it enough. Fantastic value.
Pros.. easy to attach. Don’t ruin your pedals. Very sticky, no preheating required. Very cheap solution and minimal effort
Cons... none.
