Very badly packaged bass

The title says it. Box of this bass was too small for it, and during the shipping headstock pierced the thin line of foam rubber and was badly damaged. That's a really saddening case.
Thomann and Harley Benton, I really like your store, so please, be cool as you always were and pack your basses in the bigger boxes.
Shipping is a really harsh process, post workers usually don't give a damn about the parcels.
And that's why you also should mark your boxes as fragile, and mark the up side.
