Beautiful but poor quality

The guitar mast was uncalibrated when I received it. It was very difficult to tune due to the floating bridge, which was also not in the correct position. The sound is good, but it took several jobs before I could play it. The calls to Thomann did not improve the situation. I thought about returning it, but it was easier to fix it.
The guitar is not bad for this price, but is assumed that is ready to play when arrive, that was not the case. Beautiful, but I m not happy with the choice.

Bigtone or bad tone?

The fist guitar I purchased had a numer of QC flaws. I returned this guitar. The replacement looked better, however did not sound as good as the fist guitar. The guitar sounds a bit like a plywood box with strings. It has very little tone and sounds boxie . The pickups lack output and hum. The hardware is of very poor quality, with pitting. Some time later the hardware has tarnished and looks cheap. The back bridge and the tremolo is too steep an angle. This makes it difficult to bend strings and use the tremolo.

The binding on the guitar is painted, this paint is brittle and chips very easily.

I plan to put a pair of Gretsch Brodtron pickups into the guitar to see if it helps

If I had to do it over again l would have returned the guitar and asked for my money back. I had high hopes for this guitar, but I was very disappointed.
