If you try it you will forever need this.

The product itself is of good quality and sturdy, but what the product is, that is a life-changer. Once you have a place for your headphones that isn't taking place on your desk you will forever need something like this.
I only wish it had more ways to grab this to your desk because you cannot use this in every direction, which is unfortunate with some tables.

Strong, effective, but limited mounting options

My wife bought me this as I keep dropping my headphones or getting them wrapped round everything and pulling your drink onto the floor is very upsetting :-(

Clamps to tables, deck stands etc. really well - I had mine at a jaunty angle NYE and it was almost perfectly placed.

The clamp has rubber padding on the clamp screw making attachment very firm, protecting tables etc.

What would have made it better would have been a wing nut to allow you to rotate the holder relative to the mount - I'd like to clamp it to the top of the mixer flight case which has vertical edges but at this price I might buy another one and adapt it so I have both options

Good sturdy stand

Use it to hold a pair of nice headphones next to stereo. Clips on securely to shelf. Feels really steady and secure. Looks good.

Good solid mount

Well made with a good thread on the clamping screw and decent depth on the headphone band. Only complaint I have is that it can rotate a little if not really well cinched up.
