Graph Tech Trem Nut PT 1400

I actually bought this to convert into a BEAD bass but, and sawed through the G saddle, then rounding off.

It was tough stuff to get through, which suggests excellent quality!

Amazing product that enhances your Bass playing at little cost. In my case there was some unwanted buzz that got away after purchasing this bad boy. There are many more benefits due to the better lubrication in the contact point with the strings. Highly recommended

Bought it to replace the nut of a cheap bass a friend owns.

I didn't expect the nut to make a big difference to the sound, but after a quick install, we noticed that mainly the sustain became a tad bit better, and that harmonics now sound like a bell!

If I ever decide to pick up a bass for myself, this nut! will be the first thing I buy for it!

Great replacement for custom-repaired bass

As with other Graph Tech products i have purchased they look fantastic. They also work well and are also manufactured to a high standard.

I bought this for a 5 string bass project and it fits in really well not only with looks but also performs really well as a bass nut, strings run nicely through it. It's l;ight weight (If that concerns you) and very easy to install, I'm even considering chaning the nut on my bought bass to one of these bad boys.

There were a few burs on the underside of the nut but these were removed easily using a file.

My cheap johnson bass now tunes so much easier thanks to this nut! I couldn't get the exact replacement size for the original but with a drop of superglue this one stays in fine.
