The screw threads were identical to those on my MIA Stratocaster Special. The saddles and string cleared the screw heads without a problem. The screw heads stick out about 1-2mm more from the bridge plate than the standard ones. The trem should be set up to float parallel to the body, if possible, PRS style. Thus the string height and overall action is a combination of the screw height and the saddle height. The trem action feels more precise with these screws.

Great quality screws. The only problem that the head stays too high so with low strings it could even touch them... the groove should be made at least 1mm higher

Vintage tremolo screws
