They are OK, but are a little soft, meaning that a few months of use and you are better of buying a new set. Not that a product like this is by any means meant to be eternal, but the stock felts I had with my set originally have been in use for many years with no problem. I bought these for new extra symbals, and they are already losing to the old ones. Yes, I know they are "shorts", but that's exactly what for the stand is meant for, I am making no silly mistake here or anything like that.

They are OK.
