Good value for money

I wanted a reasonable price option to taking my amp out and this does a fair job of filling that need. I used it for the first time recently playing in an outdoor setting and plugged into my pa. Although I had set it for use and testing at home, it was easy to adjust the settings of the 2 amp settings I wanted to use. Overall it did the job. If I wanted to be picky about the sound it would not be fair as I have not used it enough to really find the sweet spot when using it with the PA. I am happy with price, quality and sound for my usage.

I sent this pedal right back to Thomann. I hoped it would live up to all the positive reviews. But honestly I don't see why so many people seem to like this. It sounds dull and uninspiring. Absolutely not suitable for recording or live situations. Practice at home situation at best.
If you ever played on a good guitar-amp you know what it should sound like. This is not it.
(Not trying to bash Flamma. I am very happy with their reverb I bought at the same moment.)

Unconvincing

I was looking for something to use as a back up to my Tech 21 Blonde. I use a base clean Fender sound and run various pedals through it: Fulltone FullDrive, Nobels ODR, TC Nova Delay, Nux Atlantic Reverb, TRex Tremster, Zoom MS50G. For my ears the Flamma is harsh with no feel and DOES NOT take overdrive pedals well, sounds very brittle. I may add that I dont use high gain amps so these models dont really interest me although I hear they are well rated. I may add in the 80's I used to run an EMG strat through a Mesa Booge III in the 80's for that LA sound... awesome. I'm more into the Larry Carlton/Robben Ford Vibe which I can create with my Tech 21 set up. I could NOT get close to that sound, the Flamma sounded sterile to me. I realise that these are my own opinions. I would either get a MOOER Radiator or Iridium r the new Boss. You get what you pay for. I may add that Thomann's return price for UK is high and so marking down rating. Selling on eBay, not a keeper.

The sound on this unit is unusable. I bought it because I liked the Looper pedal but this sounds atrocious.
