i got sent a deffective pick up, bummer

First time installing new pick ups and thought everything would be smooth sailing. I installed them as instructed but then found out my G and D string have a significantly lower output than the other 2 strings. After doing my research I read that i had to check the magnets. Turns out mine are defective and do not have a magnetic charge anymore. I’ll be looking for a refund.
