Following the trade agreement between the UK and EU, we can no longer accept UK VAT numbers. All orders to the UK will include VAT which is factored into the final price.
On your request, we can add your VAT or EORI number on the invoice next to your details. Your invoice will be included as a PDF attachment with your shipping confirmation email. With this you are free to contact your local customs authorities for a possible VAT claim. Please note, the outcome of your request is beyond our control as we have no influence on your local customs authorities.
As Northern Ireland remains in the single market for goods, we do accept VAT numbers for companies registered in Northern Ireland. The VAT number should start with XI.
So, if you are ordering from Northern Ireland or any EU-member state simply include your VAT number in the drop down box when you enter your company details online and make sure that the billing address you indicate matches the address your VAT number is registered to. Please also be sure that you enter your VAT number correctly AND that the number is valid.
Upon receipt of your order we will check the viability of the number and if the number is valid and registered to the billing address, we will remove the VAT at source for you and the new total will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
All orders include a full VAT invoice
Please note - we cannot amend a VAT invoice once it has been issued so please make sure you supply your VAT details before or when placing your order to avoid any problems.
