Epiphone Les Paul Modern FPB

The guitar is beautiful and sounds amazing, but... As soon as I received the guitar I noticed a small flaw in the neck, but nothing for a return to the store. At first I thought there was a small flaw in the finish on the neck, underneath the varnish, but as time went on, I saw that it was a crack in the neck. The store informed me that I should have contacted them within 30 days, and that nothing else could be done. No reviews have been made. Apparently the 3 year warranty ends in 30 days. My recommendation is that you check everything and return it to the store at the slightest sign of defect, no matter how small. This can prevent you from wasting money and time like I did.
