Hold very well
GrindinEydun 03.08.2020
I like these strings very well. But i would rather have the warm strings. They were too bright for my style. But they hold very well. I have sweaty hands and elexirs are just the stirdiest strings. When i use other strings they turn rusty and black within a week and break fast. Elexirs i can have on for months and they just don't break on me.

Longer durability and feeling similar to normal string in feeling, stiffer though
alexlotta 17.10.2022
The title says it all .Optiwebs are also bright for a very long time .
Just remember ELixir are stiffer ;i do not mind , and can be good for perople with lower tunings ( half tone step down have similar tension than other brands at normal tuning). Otherwise you can try a lower gauge.
Only thing i had with a couple of E breaking soon , and that hits hard as they are expensive .Rest of the strings kept their sound for a LONG time though -

Great strings, worth the expense.

Great strings for longevity. I get about one gig from a normal set of nickel wound strings, with these, I get up to ten gigs. Definitely worth the extra expense. Not as bright as D’addarrio or EBall strings but the Elixir optiweb aren’t far off.

Great long lasting strings
timpangi 12.04.2021
Do you like changing your guitar strings every 2-3 months? I don't.
If you're like me and you bother maybe once every six months and up to a year, these strings will hold up better than most other brands.

Personally I've not noticed anything bad about the sound, and they feel smooth even after a long time. No complaints about these so far, other than the price, but since I change them so rarely, can't really complain about that either.
