Does what it says - not plug and play
Oleg Sperelli 06.03.2021
I was searching a Trigger to midi, via usb, interface for my drummer drumset, which we triggered. At first we've had lot of troubles getting the stuff to respond properly, we were getting lots of double hits and inconsistent velocity, but then I've studied the manual enough to understand every function of this interface and finally I've reached a satisfying setup, no more double hits and definitely a more precise response.
Anyway the interface is not a ready to use piece, You have to study the manual and do lots of tests in order to set it properly. Hardware wise, besides the buttons, which are not the best (lots of twisting if not pushed in the center, still they don't produce a satisfying click) the interface is sturdy and the aluminum case feels well made.
The downside is that the interface has no 19" rack wings, so if You want to install it in a rack you better be creative.

BS
Very good product
Bernardo Salgueiro 11.01.2019
I bought this to use with triggers on a acoustic kit, just plugged all the cables on the suggested inputs, connected with the usb cable that comes with the product and my daw automatically recognized and mapped all the triggers to the drum sounds. Some fine tuning on the sensibility settings were done for best results (also very easy to configure). I love that it can be powered by the usb or by the external power supply (and there is a power switch).
I am very happy with this product.

DK
Worst piece of gear
Damian Kuz. 30.06.2024
it does not not work as intended, when setting it up changes randomly parameters after saving up kit setup, not working properly with jobeky triggers and it does not work with ddrum pro triggers too gain at lowest setting threshold maxed out retrigger maxed out x-talk maxed out and still have multiple triggers and false triggers all the time even with just barely touching it.

Some of settings doesn't work whatsoever like dual zone triggering (in both jobeky and ddrum there are only piezo pickups) i am choosing pp1 to pp5 and problems shows up pp1 rim trigger always on doesnt matter of setting zone 1 work only if i touch skin with finger and that's need to be light, pp2 no zone 2 (rim trigger) whatsoever pp3 sort of works but sensitivity is so high even with gain at 1 just touching other drums triggers others in zone 1 pp4 like previous but zone 2 instead zone 1 and pp5 doesn't work whatsoever (not transmitting signal to computer)

In a nutshell really bad product highly not recommended

S
Great midi interface for drum pads.
Shev 30.04.2017
Perfect solution for putting drum triggers or drum pads into midi into your computer.

Good solution for thresholds and crosstalk between drums.

Usb powered or mains powered.

Usb midi out, or midi cable out.

Easy to change midi notes.

highly recommend this!
