Celestion Classic Lead 12" 8 Ohm

Somebody knocked over my 1978 Twin reverb that was fitted with 2 of these 12" monsters. I needed a few new tubes and a new speaker.
Speakers are important for tone. And these speaker are great in my opinion.
I had them hocked up to different amps, and found that for my ears the speakers are more important than the amp.
There is no tone-control on a speaker.
These speakers have a great 80 Watt voice from themselves.
Obvious that people have different taste, but try one of these speaker if you have a chance. You might like them as well.

Still breaking in the speaker at the moment but the clarity of the notes is a step above the Celestion V-Type in my Bassbreaker cab. Great sound.
