The classic — phattened up
Diatonico 16.09.2021
The BD2 is a classic for guitar players, and for good reason. The 2 cascading op-amps provide a cornucopia of tones from light overdrive to heavy distortion and it's therefore at home in any player's pedalboard.

The Waza Craft version adds the so-called 'Keeley Phat Mod' which combats the pedal's major weakness: at higher gain levels, the original BD2 lacks some bottom end. You can switch between the original sounds and the phat mod as you please — it's the BD2 but more.

Pros:
- All the classic BD2 tones...
- ...And built in 'Keeley Phat Mod'...
- ...In the classic blue housing!
- Built like a Boss pedal — nothing can destroy this pedal!

Cons:
- Boutique price

B
Waza Craft - Excellence from BOSS
Brian5879 16.08.2016
It's about ¤70 more than the standard Blues Driver, but the Waza is crafted a bit differently. Parts are carefully selected from the highest quality and new features are added to these units to give them a bit more versatility. The standard Blues Driver is a beauty for sure, but the Waza is a work of BOSS art. Is it worth the extra ¤70, I can't say for sure. Each user will have to judge for themselves. Personally, I've very happy with this unit, glad that I've rediscovered the awesome quality and engineering of BOSS. My original 1981 CE2 is still in use and functions like it did the day I received it BOSS is really built to last. BOSS continues to innovate and create some of the best pedals on the market. Forget the boutique craze. The big boys do it well and BOSS is the Boss.

Who are you?

I think that there are two possibilities:

1) you'll love it
2) you'll hate it

I'm a huge fan of ibanez tube screamer and this pedal simply can't withstand the match imho.
I use it just to add a little bit of gain after my ts but i'm not really satisfied with the.

The pedal itself has no problems it's just a matter of taste. Try it!

Cheers
