I was lucky enough to get some DT-150 phones free with a purchase, used but full working order. The pads were sticky and smelt of hard studio time! These were pretty damn expensive for what they are but I didn't mind so much as the cans themselves were free. They are good quality and should last I hope. No sign of deterioration since purchase. (A couple of years)

Those ear pads made my DT150s look like new again.

I found those pads a bit difficult to get onto the phones I thought I was going to tare them but once I got them on they looked and felt great. Much better than having to buy new headphones.

I’m guessing NOT OEM.

These are third party. Had better. These could be worse. Really had to fight hard to stretch elasticated gasket ring to fit / lever pad on to headphones. Did one and thought (meh! Bloody hell what a struggle) I’ll leave the other for now as the one it will replace is only half hanging off 😅
