I bought these as replacements for the original woofers in Yamaha NS-10Ms which had been destroyed in shipping.

They work perfectly as replacements and slot in just like the originals.

How do they sound?
I can't remember how the originals sounded, as I hadn't used a set of NS-10s in more than 20 years, so these opinions are entirely subjective. However they seem to have a tiny bit more bass that I remember (not much), and you can actually hear from about 34hz without cranking the volume too much. There may have been a break-in period, or it could be my imagination. I mixed the 'Who are The Burning Effigies?' album using these in a set of original (non-studio) NS-10Ms.
