steps, of drumming, in Nov of 2018, so no comparison.
After a little bit of research, I've considered this the best starter kit for me( being a beginner) and best price/value.
I've considered the Midi USB interface as a must(for later recording purpose), althought didn't tried yet.

Pros:
- mesh heads are really quiet
- very compact and easily foldeable, an advantage if you live in a small flat
- good sounding drum samples, and recently discovered the sample tracks you can play along, or jam
- smart metronome, u may specify the accents on certain beats
- has auxiliary jack input
- has additional 2 instrument, so you can plug an additional crash, tom etc..

Cons:
- cymbals are really loud and plastic layer looks pretty used after a few months
- rims shots are really unpleasant to the hear (alhough I play with headset)
- bass drum pad very loud -> I use a towel sometimes over it
- bass drum pad hardly can accomodate double pedals -> ok there is a way if you setup beaters very close to one another, but you always have to adjust, missing triggers
-> I bought a Roland KD10 pad address this, which is even louder :) but no more missing triggers, at least
- I cannot accomodate the hihat pedal, is kinda joke, very loud, moves, no real feel at all
- metronome click sound is not customizable

Overall good impression, quality product.
If I knew abot the annoying hihat pedal, and small bass drum, I would go with bit more expensive kit, e.g: Millenium MPS-850, which has a real hihat stand !

Advice: don't by with that Millenium drum throne and T-Bone headset.
After a few months both are broken.
Headset frame broken on sides.
Drum throne was too short for me(can reach mostly 90 degrees with muy legs), and after a while started to wobble badly( plastic inside the frame broke), so stopped using it.
(I'm an average, 1,83cm, 86kg person)

Great for practice and jam sessions
Jurgen Zatan 15.01.2021
I use these drums for both practice and jamming with friends. Plug your over the ear headphones or some acoustic system, and you will get an good response from the drums. The kicking and drum hitting can be heard in adjacent rooms, but it's a minor inconvenience for others.

The playability is great. My friend, who is an actual drummer, suggested these, as they give the same feel, as playing acoustic drums. When I sat down at acoustic drums, I was quite adjusted to them, thanks to Mesh Kit.

Features, are good, I can plug my headphones and practice rudiments with the built in metronome, which is so-so, but for practice, it gets the job done. You get the set in the picture, and some drum sticks. I recommend buying a drum throne and some monitoring headset for these drums. You can hook up your laptop with this set, using USB type-a to type-b cable (not included) and use them as a MIDI input device, on your favorite drum software. Also, the Line-In allows you to hook up your phone or other audio player and play along your favorite tracks, using simple audio cable.

Sound seems synthetic, although it's not that bad, but you can clearly hear the difference on acoustic drums. There are about 20 built in presets, of which I personally use 5 of these. I mostly practice to play rock/metal in far future, as drums is not my primary instrument of choice,

On quality, I must say, that this is a very well built kit. When you get it together, it will stay that way, dont forget to use the cable ties, some of them are actually included in the set. Also, don't forget to use carpet which sticks to Hook-and-loop (velcro). The pedals are already equipped with the sticky hook part and together with a quality carpet, you won't have any unnecessary movement.

On other notes, I was surprised on how little space the drum set uses. This is perfect for an apartment building. And from what I have heard, It's easy to pack this drums up, after playing and put them somewhere, where it won't bother anyone.

Kid has been very happy
MPPFI 14.10.2023
Bought a set for starting drummer for his first set. Since acoustic drums were out of question we browsed through multiple cheaper sets and ended to Alesis Nitro Mesh.

Drummer has been Very happy with the set and he can use it with ease. And even though there are coutless hours of usage, haven’t had any issues with the set.

Amazing beginner e-drum kit
Marijan6 09.12.2023
Look, it’s a beginner drum kit.

I play bass for 10 years and guitar for 6. I decided to learn something new to keep myself occupied.

I didn’t want to spend too much money because I didn’t know if I’m gonna like it, and I decided for this kit because it was in the middle of all the other ones sold here.

Assembly: Everything came nicely packed in a box, and with instructions assembly was easy.

Quality: It’s a bit wonky, not gonna lie. Make sure you tighten everything, but it will still be a bit unstable. It won’t fall but it will be wonky.
Bass drum pedal has a lot of sway, which is fine for a cheaper e kit, but just giving you heads up.
I only had problem once in a month that I had it, the hi hat didn’t register my drumming, but I just restarted the kit and it worked.

Features: It has bunch of drum sounds and you can connect it to a PC. Not much I can say about this.

Playability: The drum heads are a bit small. If you got used to big heads, this will need a but of getting used to. They are super quiet tho. Foot pedal isn’t. Put some kind of matt under the pedal and it will be quiet. Otherwise it is all quite close to one another so you don’t have to move much, but you need time to get used to it.

Sound: Sounds like drums.

I would say there is no choke on the crash, but everything else is perfectly fine. Whoever you buy it for, kid, yourself to learn or whatever, you will be happy with this kit. It’s super fun entry to drums. Learn on this for a year or two and then switch to something more expensive.

.Loving it, great for price
ArielC 11.05.2022
Liked it a lot, the pad material is better than I expected. Only two things I didn't like is that I haven't found sounds that I really like, and that the assembly was a bit complicated to figure out. Other than that great buy!

It's good. But I recommend to everybody, look for a drum set in a store, not online.

Only thing I don't like is how it's hard to control the Hi-Hat controller, but it's fun to edit the user kits.
