Electro Harmonix Micro POG

Great pedal but it might be better to spend a bit more on the POG 2, which offers many more settings.

I bought this to do a cover of RoyalBlood typhoon and straight away it gave me the sound i needed with minimum setting up. This is the pro I have for this pedal. Its electroharmonix so you know it will never be cheap, reality is it is same electronics as a 30 euro pedal so in essence you really are paying for the name but otherwise a great pedal.

Really good octave pedal. I use it on an electric guitar for some time now. Very sturdy as you would expect from ehx. The audio gets through without any chromatic changes. Very usefull if you'rethe only guitar in the band.

Well, by now almost everyone knows about this one, but here goes.
This is a excellent pedal for basic one octave +/- effects.
Great tracking and sound quality.
Not many extra features there, although the Dry/Effect outs can't be found in many other octavers and can really add to its functionality, if you're up for using them.

I had concerns at first that the tracking wouldn't be spot on having heard concerns off others regarding other similar EHX pedals. However the tracking is great, tones are easy to dial in with just the three knobs, much better for on the fly twiddling on stage than the bigger brother.

Like other EHX pedals I find the switch to be very noisy when engaged which is a bit of a let down and I'd like to see them change switches, however overall I'm very happy with the product.
